  These people are always fast and friendly. They are knowledgeable about latest trends and upcoming releases. The only downside is the price they pay for used games, but that is set by corporate and not the local location, but they frequently have additional offers to make selling games/consoles more beneficial for the customer

  I ordered a game Mayhem 3D from here in October. They had to special order it from Kansas City. Never received a call saying it was there. Stopped in today and can't find it. Computer system says they have 1 but they can't find it. Ask me if I wanna order another one. No if it says it's there, find it! Needless to say I just walked out the door no game or anything. This store needs to get its employees on the same page.
