  I've been to this store twice. Neither time was I asked if I could be helped. I watched as the young girls working asked other young girls if they needed assistance. I will NOT return. I will take my business elsewhere.

  Just went to this sephora location for the first time with my mother. I knew what I wanted, however my mother didn't and wanted to purchase a slew of items. No help was offered, seemed like their conversations and stocking/organizing makeup was more important. After many minutes of waiting and my comments within earshot of all employees we proceeded to check out. My mother has shopped here before and told me of her experiences every time (all unpleasant) but continues to buy both my sister and I palette after palette. I've told her to not even bother anymore. With that being said one younger girl did help me in the beginning (I assume because I had a full face of makeup on) I needed help with finding a liquid eyeliner. Only one suggestion was made (Kat von D) which is not a problem because I wanted to buy that anyways. I just didn't know where it was located. My suggestion is to be more aware of potential buyers, instead of spending $300, we spent $20 and got the hell out of there.
